You can easily track the status of your order via your XLshoppers My Account page. There are 2 possible statuses.
- Processing
This means your order is still being processed, within 72 hours, your order will be ready for shipment. - Completed
This means your order has been made ready for shipment or has been dispatched. Check your inbox or spam folder for the tracking information.
On the product page, under the tab “Additional Information” and then “Product Packaging”, this indicates the amount of parcels being shipped. Sometimes it happens that there is a delay in delivery. The other parcels are usually delivered within 2 working days.
